This momentum also extends to more participatory formats, such as the promptathon, which encourages experimentation, learning by doing, and the sharing of methods among teams.

To ensure consistent and controlled adoption, we rely on a structured governance framework:

• a cross-functional committee dedicated to AI (internal steering committee),
• AI liaisons in each business unit,
• ongoing training tailored to specific applications.
