Following a tender process, Porsche France has renewed its trust in Ekstend Group, a leading player in the automotive marketing sector. Within the group, the agency Dix Heures Dix, specialized in the luxury sector, has been selected to support the brand and the Porsche Centers network in their local and multi-local marketing activation strategies. The agency will be responsible for coordinating the marketing operations of Porsche Centers, with a focus on areas such as media, customer relationship management (CRM), events, and in-store experience.

With its DNA deeply rooted in local marketing, with over twenty years spent alongside retailers, Ekstend Group, and more specifically its luxury agency Dix Heures Dix, will support the entire network of Porsche Centers in deploying their local communication and marketing strategies. This renewal is part of a longstanding collaboration initiated five years ago between the two entities.

The mission of the PDMS (Porsche Dealer Marketing Service) teams within Dix Heures Dix will include, among other things, orchestrating, supporting, and evolving the network of 45 Porsche Centers (Service) in France towards digitalization, electrification, and emotionalization of the customer experience, while scrupulously respecting luxury codes. Another dimension of support involves recommending, developing, and deploying tools aimed at optimally addressing the daily needs of Porsche Centers in their activities.
