A different approach to AI training: the Promptathon challenge

At Ekstend Group, we’ve chosen to integrate AI in a practical and engaging way. With the Promptathon, we’ve turned a learning session into a monthly event directly tied to our business challenges.

The concept is simple: teams of four employees have 15 minutes to solve a complex business problem.

The goal? To create the most relevant prompt in as few attempts as possible. This exercise promotes learning by doing, the sharing of methods, and collective intelligence.

Organized in a hybrid format between Paris and Marseille, the Promptathon is fully integrated into our daily routine. Led by the AI committee, it creates a dedicated space to test, understand, and progress together.

Beyond the challenge, this format enables:
