Communicating differently: our commitment takes shape

As part of our CSR commitment, we have designed a training program on responsible communication, available on the AXA Climate platform.

This program is part of our ongoing CSR approach, which we have been strengthening for several years through concrete commitments. After setting up a CSR committee and signing our CSR-indexed loan, we are continuing our transformation by supporting our teams on responsible communication issues.

Among the actions already implemented, 100% of our managers have been trained in CSR issues. Starting in May, all employees also completed this five-hour core training course, which ended in late September, to strengthen their understanding of major environmental and social issues. This first step marks the beginning of a broader journey: a new platform, developed with NUMA, will soon offer more specific modules to explore certain topics related to our businesses in greater depth.

These are flexible formats accessible on the Axa Climate platform, with modules tailored to each business line. Each employee has received a personalized reading list, consisting of a common foundation for all teams and specific modules tailored to the challenges of their profession and the relevant business sectors. The goal is to enable everyone to strengthen their skills in the key principles of responsible communication, while integrating the specific characteristics of our clients and our expertise.

The topics covered in the modules range from sustainable marketing to more global issues such as the overexploitation of natural resources.

This initiative illustrates our collective commitment to building an increasingly responsible offering that is in line with market expectations and sustainability issues.
