Škoda Market Lab 2025
An important rendezvous for the brand
Škoda France brought together its marketing managers at the Škoda Market Lab, an unmissable event for discussing and taking action on the brand’s major marketing challenges.
As a true extension of the marketing teams, Ekstend Group—via Ekstend Skills and Team Škoda representatives—co-developed and facilitated the program alongside the brand’s experts.
The first day, in a plenary session, provided an opportunity to review recent highlights and map out the roadmap to 2026: marketing and sales priorities, key lessons learned, and areas for acceleration within the network.
The following day was punctuated by a morning of training workshops, with three detailed themes:
- Eco-marketing: integrating responsibility issues into the heart of activation plans.
- Taxation & Fleet: understanding the business impacts to better address professional customers.
- KPI appropriation: mastering key indicators to effectively drive local marketing actions.
The workshops, combining theory, practice, and feedback, helped to strengthen the network’s skills and consistency.
These moments of exchange fueled a collective and dynamic reflection on the levers of a more collaborative, responsible, and future-oriented marketing approach.
