Franck Kaddouch is an entrepreneur and a professional in marketing and communication. He is the founder and president of the Ekstend group, a pioneer in strategic consulting and media buying support.

In 2000, Franck Kaddouch founded the agency "Demain Midi" dedicated to the purchase of advertising space in local media. It was later acquired by the Carat agency and eventually became "Carat Local". Franck Kaddouch led and expanded the company's operations until 2006.

In 2008, Franck Kaddouch founded the consulting agency "Foule Access", dedicated to networked brands and generating in-store traffic for distributors.

In 2019, Lokall became "Ekstend Group" and took a stronger position on local marketing issues.

In 2022, the group acquired a creative agency, "Sweet Punk", and an activation agency "Be Brandon". The group has now over 220 employees and has evolved its services to become a local marketing and communication group.
Gentielle Poyen

With a Master's degree in audit, finance, and management control, Gentielle honed her skills in management control at Creatis (a subsidiary of Cofidis).

In 2014, she joined Ekstend Group (formerly Lokall) in management control to structure and create the financial department. Three years later, she took over all the Group's financial activities.

Today, as the CFO, she oversees accounting, management control, and the financial and strategic management of the group.

Gentielle Poyen is a member of the executive committee of Ekstend Group.
Marion Fillat
Human Ressources Director
With a master's degree in human resource management, Marion gained experience with major retail groups (Inditex and OTB) in Paris, covering training, potential management, recruitment, HR development, and administrative and regulatory activities.

In 2015, she joined Ekstend Group (formerly known as lokall) and took over the HR activities. She then set up and structured the human resources department, actively contributing to the group's development, being at the heart of pilot projects in particular.

With 10 years of experience and being a privileged mediator for the teams, she carries out the operational, strategic, functional, and human tasks of an HR director on a daily basis.

Marion Fillat is a member of the executive committee of Ekstend Group.

Géraldine Quintard, with over 20 years of expertise in the field of communication, has built her career in the Luxury and Special Operations world. After starting at Libération Médias, she held the position of Advertising Director for the magazine L'Equipe Sport&Style at Amaury Médias from 2001 to 2011. Her return to Libération Médias in 2012 led her to head the Luxury Division, and she was promoted to Commercial Director of the advertising department in 2014. In 2017, she led the advertising department at LNEI Media before joining Lagardère Publicité News in 2020 as Director of Brand Content and the Creative Studio. As the General Director at Dix Heures Dix, she will be responsible for ensuring the agency's visibility and development.

Alexandre Castaing is the co-founder of the creative agency Sweet Punk, established in 2012.

He brings his advisory and creative vision by combining a comprehensive analysis of brand issues related to branding and communication and an operational knowledge of various online and offline mediums.

He has led several major campaigns for Ariane Group, Société Générale, L'Oréal, and MAIF. His motto: give every project an emotional dimension to connect with the intended audience.

The agency grew and evolved with market trends and became 'be brandon', a Brand Activation agency. They devise in-store and out-store action plans to highlight brands and recruit and retain their consumers.

As Chief Executive and Creative Director, she manages the strategy, the agency's vision, and business development. She has also taken over as the General Manager of Ibiza.

She is a member of the executive committee of Ekstend Group.

In 2004, she decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure and founded Promo Agency, which would later become Be Brandon, with her business partner, Perrine Boyer. There, she held the positions of COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer). Since September 2023, she has also been the COO and CFO of the Ibiza agency.
